Job Description:

Edify World School, Anantapur, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Chemistry Teacher to teach middle and senior school students. The role involves planning and delivering engaging theory and practical lessons, preparing students for board exams, and fostering curiosity and scientific thinking. The teacher will also be responsible for maintaining lab safety, evaluating student performance, and contributing to school academic activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver Chemistry lessons aligned with CBSE/ICSE curriculum standards.

Conduct laboratory experiments safely and effectively.

Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and assessments to track student learning.

Use innovative and technology-based teaching methods to enhance understanding.

Provide academic support and guidance to students as needed.

Collaborate with colleagues for curriculum development and co-curricular programs.

Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional training.

Qualifications & Skills:

B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry with B.Ed.

2–5 years of teaching experience in a reputed school (preferably CBSE/ICSE)

Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills

Ability to inspire students and create an engaging classroom environment

Familiarity with digital teaching tools and modern pedagogies
