Chemistry & Immunoassay Marketing Manager

As the Chemistry & Immunoassay Marketing Manager at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, you will play a crucial role in managing and executing product strategies within the HGM segment. Your responsibilities will include gaining a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to drive product success and achieve business objectives. Located within the HGM marketing team, this fully remote position will have you reporting to the Chem/IA/BB Leader HGM. You'll have the opportunity to represent the CC-IA HGM voice in Business Unit and Global Product Marketing meetings, provide projections, priorities, and needs for HGM, and optimize the Clinical Chemistry and Immunoassay portfolio through Product Life Cycle Management strategies. Your role will involve enhancing customer satisfaction, growing margin and revenue, launching new products, and leading growth by applying DBS tools in daily management and problem-solving. Collaboration with local and regional Marketeers, Country Sales leaders, and engaging in Scientific Marketing activities will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in a technical field with at least 7 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience. An MBA is preferred, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical diagnostics, life science, or medical device sales or commercial marketing. Previous experience in product strategy, product management, or product marketing within a life science or scientific software organization is desirable. Travel may be required up to 25% of the time, including overnight stays for client meetings and conferences. A valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record is necessary for travel to client sites or off-site meetings. Additionally, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, strong written and oral communication skills, ability to work under tight timelines, and experience working with global time zones are beneficial for this role.
