Job Description: Chemistry Faculty

Position: Chemistry Faculty
Institute: Veron Institute
Branch: Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Bathinda, Amritsar

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Chemistry to students preparing for school (Classes XI–XII) and competitive exams (IIT-JEE / NEET / NDA / CUET – as applicable).
Plan and deliver concept-based and exam-oriented lectures.
Prepare lesson plans, notes, assignments, and practice questions.
Conduct regular tests, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes.
Maintain discipline and a productive classroom environment.
Coordinate with academic and counseling teams regarding student progress.
Support demo classes, seminars, and promotional academic activities when required.

Required Qualifications:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Chemistry (B.Sc./M.Sc./B.Tech preferred).
B.Ed. (preferred but not mandatory for coaching institute).
Strong subject knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Experience:

Fresher or 1–5+ years of teaching experience in coaching institutes/schools.
Experience in competitive exam preparation will be an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for students.
Student-centric and result-oriented teaching approach.
