Job description:
We’re seeking a passionate Chemistry educator to join our EdTech platform, teaching students from 8th to 12th grade (State & CBSE boards). You’ll deliver engaging online lessons, create study materials, and help students master chemistry concepts while driving academic growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct live online classes for Chemistry (8th–12th) following State & CBSE curricula.
2. Develop and update lesson plans, video modules, quizzes, and study resources.
3. Assess student performance through tests and assignments, and provide constructive feedback.
4. Mentor students, addressing doubts and fostering a love for Chemistry.
5. Collaborate with content & curriculum teams to align with board standards.
6. Track student progress and contribute to improving course effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Chemistry (or related field).
- Strong command of Chemistry topics from 8th to 12th standard.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with online teaching tools.
- Ability to create engaging digital content (PPTs, videos, interactive quizzes).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Teaching experience (online/offline) with State/CBSE boards.
- Familiarity with board exam patterns and curriculum design.
