Job Description

Position Title: Chemistry Faculty – JEE/NEET Department: Academic Faculty – Science (Chemistry) Job Type: Full-Time Key Responsibilities:1. Academic Instruction: Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry to students preparing for JEE (Main & Advanced) and NEET . Deliver well-structured and engaging classroom sessions that enhance conceptual clarity. Integrate NCERT syllabus with advanced-level problems and exam-oriented strategies. 2. Content Development: Prepare high-quality learning resources: class notes, practice sheets, and mock tests. Curate and solve high-level MCQs, assertion-reason, numerical-based, and passage-based questions. Contribute to module preparation and question bank development for both JEE and NEET. 3. Student Mentoring & Support: Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and personalized academic support. Track student performance and offer feedback for improvement. Motivate students and guide them in time management and exam temperament. 4. Assessments & Analysis: Plan and conduct regular tests—chapter-wise, cumulative, and full syllabus. Analyze test results and take remedial measures for low-performing students. Share student performance reports with coordinators/parents as required. 5. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with Academic Coordinators, Subject Heads, and fellow faculty. Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, and curriculum planning. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Chemistry OR B.Tech / M.Tech with strong chemistry background.(Candidates with IIT/NIT/Medical college background preferred.) Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of proven teaching experience in JEE/NEET coaching. Subject Expertise: JEE: Strong grip over numerical concepts, reaction mechanisms, and physical chemistry. NEET: Focus on NCERT concepts, direct questions, and clarity in theory. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month Schedule: Monday to Friday Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 28/06/2025
