Chemical Production Executive

As a candidate for the position, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering with at least 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in the Chemical Industry. Alternatively, a Diploma in Chemical Engineering with 7 to 10 years of experience in the Chemical industry, out of which 3 to 5 years in a supervisory role is required. Your experience should include a minimum of 3 to 5 years in Chemical Plant operations, preferably in sectors such as Construction Chemicals, Oil field Chemicals, Water Treatment Chemicals, or similar relevant process industries. Operating experience of PLC and SCADA-based plants is essential for this role. In addition to your technical expertise, you must possess excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email etiquette. The job will be based at C-146 TTC Indsl. Area, Pawne, Thane-Belapur Road, Navi Mumbai-73, and you will report to the Sr. Manager / Assistant Manager Production. Your responsibilities will involve planning and executing various production and dispatch activities in consultation with superiors, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, manufacturing products as per sales requirements, coordinating with service departments, and overseeing maintenance activities. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining plant records, monitoring PLC-SCADA operations, utility parameters, safety standards, and environmental aspects. You will also be expected to provide input for continuous improvement, quality management objectives, and emergency action plans. The role may require working various shifts, including nights and weekends. Relocation to Mumbai, Maharashtra, is required for this full-time position.
