Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze raw materials and their characteristics to ensure accurate compositions.
  
• Supervise and verify the weighing and mixing process as per defined formulations.
  
• Record, analyze, and interpret process parameters such as

  moisture content, bulk density, apparent porosity, shrinkage percentage

  , etc.
• Maintain data logs and generate production reports using

  MS Excel

  or other reporting tools.
• Study, monitor, and troubleshoot

  drying processes

  to reduce roller breakage and improve yield.
• Participate in

  post-production finishing processes

  including cutting, grinding, chamfering, and polishing of ceramic rollers.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  
• Support installation, maintenance, and repair of related equipment as needed.
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelors Degree in

  Ceramic Engineering

  ,

  Chemical Engineering

  , or a related field.
• 0 -3 years of relevant experience in a

  manufacturing or ceramics processing environment

  (preferred).
• Freshers with strong academic knowledge and practical exposure are encouraged to apply.
  
• Strong understanding of

  mixing, drying, extrusion, and firing

  operations.
• Proficient in

  MS Excel

  and capable of data analysis and report generation.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach.
  
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to production exigencies when required.
