Chemical Analyst

As a Quality Control Analyst, your role involves maintaining the quality management system, performing testing according to correct test standards under the supervision of Senior Analyst/Technician and Supervisor, and maintaining technical records as required. Your responsibilities include recording initial observations, necessary data, and calculations, as well as informing the lab supervisor of any equipment breakdowns, faults, or irrelevant test results for preventive maintenance. You will be responsible for scheduling timely disposal of samples, segregating samples (detected/not detected), and arranging sample packaging with the help of an attendant. It is crucial to follow technology processes like barcoding and using data effectively. Additionally, you will implement continual improvement projects, ensure adherence to 5s standards, and wear all personal protective equipment (PPE) before conducting tests without fail.
