CHEIF CONSTRUCTION OFFICER

You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of various projects including residential and commercial buildings, waterways, bridges, roadways, etc. Your role will involve meeting with clients to establish project scopes and requirements, collaborating with engineers and architects to develop accurate budgets and timelines, and acting as the main point of contact between clients and engineers. In addition, you will be coordinating the construction process, including overseeing project progress, managing the delivery of supplies, organizing the workforce, hiring subcontractors, and ensuring that each project is completed within set deadlines and budgets while complying with local codes and regulations. To qualify for this position, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in engineering or a related field, along with any necessary state licensing. You should have a solid understanding of common construction techniques, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Being a natural leader who can effectively motivate your team and handle multiple tasks efficiently is essential. This is a full-time position with daytime shifts. The work location is on-site, and food will be provided as a benefit.,
