Chef Executive Support

As a Chef Executive Support (Technical) for a renowned chocolate company, your role will involve providing culinary expertise, product demonstrations, and technical support to customers in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities across India. You will showcase innovative applications of chocolate and cocoa, train clients on product usage with technical solutions, and drive adoption and growth in the market. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct product demonstrations, workshops, and training sessions. - Provide technical guidance and culinary expertise on chocolate and cocoa portfolio. - Collaborate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and retention through technical interventions. - Develop innovative recipes, applications, and solutions tailored to market needs in Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. - Troubleshoot customer challenges and ensure excellent after-sales technical support. - Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to recommend improvements. - Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating product quality, versatility, and innovation. - Prepare regular reports on culinary activities, client training, and market insights. **Requirements & Skills:** - 1-5 years of experience as a Chef, Pastry Chef, Chef Cook, Chocolatier, or Technical Support Chef in the FMCG/Chocolate/Bakery/Beverage industry. - Strong expertise in chocolate, pastry, or bakery applications. - Excellent presentation, training, and customer engagement skills. - Ability to develop recipes, design menus, and showcase innovation. - Self-starter with the ability to work independently in challenging markets. - Willingness to travel extensively within Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities.
