Role Overview: You will be a part of the Brand, Marketing & Communication (BMC) team at EY, playing a crucial role in promoting the EY brand, managing reputation, and supporting business activities. Your main responsibilities will include designing and implementing integrated communication campaigns, developing high-value content, and ensuring brand image consistency across all channels and markets. Key Responsibilities: - Design, plan, and execute multichannel marketing and communication campaigns. - Coordinate projects in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (local and international). - Conduct market research, competitive intelligence, and sector benchmarks. - Monitor and analyze campaign performances (KPIs, ROI, etc.). - Ensure quality deliverables, adherence to deadlines, and budgets. - Manage and leverage marketing databases and CRM tools. - Contribute to content strategy and employer branding management. Qualification Required: - Master's degree in marketing, communication, or equivalent. - Minimum 5 years of proven experience in marketing project management, preferably in an international environment or consulting firm. - Proficiency in digital marketing tools (SEO, SEA, social media, automation, analytics, etc.). - Excellent writing and interpersonal skills. - Organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and results orientation. - Proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
