Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie specialising in Indian cuisine to deliver authentic flavours and elevate our dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong culinary background, creativity, and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present high-quality Indian dishes in accordance with resort standards.
• Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene.
• Assist in menu planning and development for Indian cuisine.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as Chef de Partie or similar role in Indian cuisine.
• Pre-opening experience is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and contemporary Indian dishes.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred.
