Chef de Partie - F&B Production

As a Food and Beverage & Culinary Associate at The Westin Chennai Velachery, your role involves preparing special meals or substitute items, regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters, and ensuring proper portioning, arrangement, and food garnish. Your responsibilities include maintaining food logs, monitoring the quality and quantity of prepared food, communicating assistance needed during busy periods, and informing the Chef of excess food items for daily specials. Additionally, you will inform Food & Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock items while ensuring the quality of food items and following recipes and quality standards.
