Role Overview: As a dynamic, outgoing, and enthusiastic Chef De Partie (Breakfast) at Grand Hyatt Bali, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your strong background and experience in professional culinary, along with good practical, operational, and administrative skills are essential for this role. Your creativity and great leadership skills will contribute to our energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate team. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise the assigned station/section of the outlet kitchen to prepare a consistent, high-quality product - Ensure courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service that aligns with the outlets operating concept and Hyatt International standards Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of work experience as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards - Experience in luxury international brands is preferred - Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be an advantage - Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards is essential - Basic Computer Skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System is preferred Join our friendly team at Grand Hyatt Bali if you are someone who enjoys delivering exceptional experiences to guests and thrives in a professional environment.,
