What this role means:

• In the early stage, you’ll do

  everything that’s needed

  : from developing SOPs and creating new recipes with us, to cleaning, prepping, and handling daily kitchen tasks.
• As we grow, you’ll grow too — into a

  Head Chef and Team Leader

  who runs kitchen operations, trains the team, and sets standards across outlets.
• You’ll be responsible for

  innovation, execution, and leadership

  in equal measure.

Who we’re looking for:

• Minimum

  2 years of professional kitchen experience

  (South Indian food experience is a plus).
• A

  startup mindset

  — no job is “too small.” You’re ready to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes.

• Proactive and responsible

  — we don’t want to constantly supervise; we want someone who takes initiative.

• Passionate about cooking

  and committed to building systems (SOPs, recipes, training processes) that make the brand scalable.
• A

  team player with humility

  — zero ego, but 100% ownership.
