Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a wide range of Indian dishes (veg & non-veg) as per standardized recipes. Plan daily kitchen operations and manage order flow from online food delivery platforms. Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness. Supervise and train kitchen staff/helpers. Monitor stock levels, kitchen inventory, and coordinate with procurement for raw materials. Innovate and experiment with new recipes suitable for delivery-based menus. Maintain portion control, minimize food wastage, and manage food costs. Work with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate order dispatch.
