What This Role Requires

In the role ofChatbot/IVR developer, you will be a key contributor to MResult's mission of empowering our clients with data-driven insights and innovative digital solutions. Each day brings exciting challenges and growth opportunities. Here is what you will do:

Key Requirements:

• Hands on experience of 2 to 3 yearsKore.aiBots platform
• Overall experience of 4 to 6 Years in IT.
• Proven expertise in integratingKore.aiplatform with other messaging and IVR channels
• Must have at least handled 2 to 3 full implementations of a chat bot Designing the flows to building them and deploying them.
• Must have strong expertise in Node.js.
• Working knowledge on JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web Sockets.
• Experience in Web Services using REST, SOAP.
• Good knowledge of code documentation and handover.
• Excellent Communication skills

Good to have:

• Knowledge of different authentication and authorisation techniques.
• Experience building scalable, high-available mission-critical platforms.
• Exposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/Azure.
• UI-side development experience in any one of the technologies Java Script /Angular. JS / React. JS/Vue. JS
