Job Description

TECHMAHINDRA IS HIRING FOR CHAT SUPPORT

INTERNATIONAL BPO ( CHAT SUPPORT)

Role & responsibilities

Resolve international customer queries over chat.
Minimum 12months of international dual chat exp.
Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication.

Requirements and skills

Prove customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
35+WPM Typing speed with 90+accuracy.
Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Dual chat concurrency.
