Role:
Customer Support Associate (CSA)

What You Will Do:

• Support customers via chat, message, and phone
• Help resolve online product and delivery-related queries
• Share accurate information using internal tools
• Ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers are welcome
• Minimum qualification: 12th pass
• Must have good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Typing speed of 30 words per minute with 90 percent accuracy
• Must be willing to handle both chat and call support
• Open to working in 24 by 7 shifts
• Should not have attended a Flipkart interview in the last 3 months
• Must be available to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational week offs
• No planned leaves for the first 3 months after joining

Shift Details:

• Total shift duration is 10.3 hours per day, including a 45-minute break
• 9.45 hours of actual work per shift

Interview Process:

• HR round through video call
• Typing test (5 minutes)
• PMAPS assessment
• Client interview including voice and mock chat round

Salary Details:

• For Freshers: Annual CTC of 174447 rupees, with a monthly in-hand salary of approximately 12700 rupees
• For experienced candidates with at least one year in BPO or two years in any service industry: Annual CTC of 209447 rupees, with a monthly in-hand salary of approximately 15300 rupees
• Salary starts from Day 1
• Fixed salary, no variable components
