Job Description

Key Responsibilities ● Manage 150+ live chats per day with high accuracy and quick turnaround time. ● Handle ~30 customer calls per day based on the chat interactions ● Provide clear, concise, and professional responses ● Resolve queries related to Fixed Deposits (FDs), Bonds, Mutual Funds, payouts, withdrawals, KYC, tracking, and app-related issues. ● Identify when to escalate issues internally. ● Maintain proper tagging, documentation, and follow-ups for open grievances. ● Ensure high CSAT by delivering empathetic, solution-oriented communication. ● Follow internal SOPs while contributing to process improvements. Requirements ● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. ● Basic understanding of financial products such as FDs, Bonds and Mutual Funds. ● Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work independently with minimal supervision. ● Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. ● Ability to multitask across chats, calls, and internal tools. ● Strong problem-solving skills and customer-first approach. ● Prior experience in customer support (chat/call) preferred
