Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Financial Reporting:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in compliance with IFRS and Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS).
Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.

Assurance and Auditing:

Conduct statutory audits and internal audits for clients.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and other applicable standards.

Valuation:

Perform business valuations and financial analysis for mergers, acquisitions, and other transactions.
Develop and maintain valuation models.

Other Related Profiles:

Manage accounting and financial reporting using tools like Zoho Books and Odoo.
Provide financial consultancy and advisory services.

Preferred candidate profile

CA / Semi Qualified CA / ACCA
Knowledge of IFRS, Ind AS, US GAAP

Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Odoo).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in financial reporting, assurance, valuation, and auditing.
