Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage statutory audits, tax assessments, and compliances for real estate projects.
Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy of financial records and identify areas for improvement.
Provide guidance on accounting standards (AS) and Ind AS implementation to clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex accounting issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of experience in chartered accountancy practice with expertise in real estate sector.
Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards (AS), Income Tax Assessment, Direct Tax Laws, Transfer Pricing regulations.
Proficiency in preparing financial reports using Tally ERP software or similar tools.
