Job Summary: We are hiring a dedicated Service Engineer / Fitter to work on-site for installation, servicing, and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge of HVAC systems and a willingness to travel to customer locations. Key Responsibilities: Install, service, and repair refrigeration and air conditioning systems at client sites Conduct regular maintenance checks and identify mechanical issues Handle refrigerant charging, gas leakage checks, and compressor repairs Assist in fitting and assembling HVAC components and pipelines Maintain tools, equipment, and service records properly Coordinate with the back-office team for daily schedules and client follow-ups Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Communicate clearly with clients on service updates and basic maintenance tips Requirements: ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration, Air Conditioning, or related trade 0–3 years of field experience in HVAC service or fitting Basic understanding of AC systems, refrigeration cycles, compressors, etc. Ability to read technical diagrams and service manuals Willingness to travel for on-site jobs (local/regional) Physically fit and able to lift tools/equipment Good communication and teamwork skills Preferred Skills: Experience with commercial/industrial AC units or cold storage systems Knowledge of brazing, welding, or electrical wiring is a plus Two-wheeler with a valid license (preferred for field travel) What We Offer: Competitive salary + travel allowance Training and certification support Career growth opportunities in HVAC service Supportive and skilled technical team environment.
