Role Overview:

Chartered Accountant

Key Responsibilities:

Financial

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and MIS.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per statutory and management requirements.
• Manage consolidation of financials across multiple business units / plants.
• Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to support management decisions.

Costing & Inventory Control

• Implement and monitor product costing, standard cost variance analysis, and inventory valuation.
• Work closely with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure optimal cost efficiency and pricing strategies.
• Conduct profitability analysis by product line and region.

Taxation & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including

  GST,

  TDS,

  Income

  Tax, Companies Act, and FEMA

  .
• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage internal and external audits effectively.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Provide strategic inputs to management for business planning and capital expenditure.
• Conduct financial modelling and scenario analysis to support decision-making.
• Evaluate funding options and manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Team Leadership & Systems

• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team across multiple locations.
• Drive automation and ERP integration (SAP / Tally / Oracle or equivalent).
• Implement internal controls, policies, and processes to enhance financial discipline.

Qualifications & Skills

• Chartered

  Accountant

  (CA)

  mandatory, with 10–12 years of post-qualification experience.
• Preferably from the

  footwear,

  FMCG,

  textile,

  or

  manufacturing

  sector.
• Strong understanding of

  costing,

  budgeting,

  and

  plant

  finance

  .
• Proficient in

  ERP

  systems

  (SAP/Tally/Oracle)

  and

  MS

  Excel/Power

  BI

  .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work closely with promoters and senior management.
