Chartered Accountant

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate & taxation laws

  Oversee all statutory compliances under the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, and other applicable laws.

• Manage GST, Income Tax, audits & financial reporting

  Handle filing, assessments, reconciliations, and preparation of accurate financial statements in line with accounting standards.

• Support statutory & internal audits

  Coordinate with internal auditors, statutory auditors, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth audit processes.

• Partner with teams to provide financial insights

  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and decision-making.
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to management.
  
• Monitor financial risks, strengthen internal controls, and support continuous process improvements.
  

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant with

  4–5 years of relevant experience

  in corporate finance and taxation.
• Strong knowledge of

  corporate laws, Income Tax, GST, and other statutory regulations

  .
• Experience in audits, financial reporting, and compliance.
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in coordination with cross-functional teams.
