Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize
Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements
, and other financial reports as per statutory requirements.
Manage
Accounts Payable
process vendor invoice verification, payment scheduling, and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and company policies.
Monitor and control
commercial project budgets
, cash flow, and cost analysis.
Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and clients for smooth project financial management.
Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Review contracts and ensure commercial terms are aligned with project requirements.
Prepare MIS reports and support management in financial decision-making.
Identify areas of cost optimization and process improvement.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

CA Qualified (Chartered Accountant)
Mandatory.
2–5 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, or Commercial Project Management.
Strong knowledge of
Accounting Standards, TDS, GST
, and other statutory compliances.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
