Job Description

About the Role:

Chartered Accountant (CA)

Role & responsibilities:

Prepare and finalize financial statements as per
Ind AS / US GAAP / IFRS / Companies Act
requirements.
Assist in
statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits
.
Manage
day-to-day accounting operations
, including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.
Support in
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
.
Ensure compliance with
direct and indirect taxation laws
(Income Tax, GST, TDS, etc.).
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth month-end and year-end closure.
Assist in
process improvement and internal control implementation
.
Prepare MIS reports and provide financial insights to management.

Preferred candidate profile:

Strong knowledge of
accounting principles, taxation, and audit processes
.
Proficient in
Tally / SAP / Oracle / Excel
(as applicable).
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
