Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Prepare accurate and timely
financial statements
(monthly, quarterly, and annually) in compliance with
IND-AS, IFRS, and the Companies Act
.
Ensure
accurate filing and compliance
of
GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns
, while staying updated on all regulatory amendments.
Manage
tax assessments
, respond to
queries and notices
from tax authorities, and coordinate resolution.
Lead
statutory, internal, and tax audits
by liaising with auditors and cross-functional teams.
Ensure
ROC filings
,
statutory payments
, and
regulatory submissions
are completed within timelines.
Oversee
cash flow planning and management
, ensuring adequate liquidity for operations.
Monitor and analyze
receivables, payables, and inventory
to optimize the
working capital cycle
.
Liaise with
banks, investors, auditors, tax consultants, and statutory authorities
for financial operations and compliance.
Support
budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
to aid strategic business planning.
Conduct
financial due diligence
and ensure strong
internal controls
across business units.
Perform
account reconciliations
, financial reviews, and cross-vertical financial analysis.
