Chartered Accountant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing accurate reports, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the companys financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
  
• Manage accounting operations including A/R, A/P, GL, and bank reconciliations.
  
• Ensure timely completion of audits, tax filings, and other statutory compliances.
  
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
  
• Monitor internal controls and implement improvements as needed.
  
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other stakeholders.
  
• Provide financial insights to assist in strategic decision-making.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
  
• 0–3 years (for fresher roles) or 3+ years (for experienced roles) of relevant work experience.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory compliance.
  
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or ERP systems).
  
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• High attention to detail and integrity.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Optional):

• Experience in [Industry – e.g., Manufacturing, FMCG, Consulting, etc.]
  
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  
• Familiarity with financial modeling and MIS reporting.
