Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review
financial statements
in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Handle
tax planning
,
filings
, and ensure compliance with direct and indirect tax regulations.
Conduct
internal audits
, identify risks, and implement corrective measures.
Prepare and manage
budgets
,
forecasts
, and
cash flow
reports.
Perform
financial analysis
to assist management in strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all financial and legal regulations.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Monitor and manage
accounts payable and receivable
.
Maintain and improve financial systems and processes.
Assist in
due diligence
and financial modeling for mergers and acquisitions (if applicable).

Qualifications:

Qualified
Chartered Accountant (CA)
with valid certification from [e.g., ICAI (India), ICAEW (UK), CPA (if applicable)].
Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
years of relevant experience in accounting, audit, or finance roles.
In-depth knowledge of
