Role & Responsibilities
· Credit Analysis of Financial Data.
· Preparation & Finalization of Balance Sheet.
· Preparation of Provisional Monthly and Quarterly Balance Sheet.
· Assessing the Credit-Worthiness of Borrowers.
· Due Diligence of Borrowers.
· Preparation of Monthly Performance Reports
· Compliance of Various Laws and Regulations.
· Co-Coordinating The Statutory Audit, Which Would Involve Preparing/Requesting Input, Required For Audits, Due Diligence Validating Inputs Received And Sharing With Auditors, Coordinating For Replies To Queries Raised By Auditors, Lenders, And Investors.
