Chartared Accountant (Manufacturing)

As a highly skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA), your role in our finance team will be crucial. You will be responsible for managing financial accounts, audits, taxation, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Your contribution will also be essential in financial planning and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and maintain financial statements following regulatory requirements. - Conduct internal audits to assess accounting systems and internal controls" effectiveness. - Ensure timely and accurate filing of income tax returns, GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements. - Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. - Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. - Provide financial advice and strategies for cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profitability. - Monitor compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures. - Support in strategic planning and business analysis. Qualifications: - Chartered Accountant (CA) certification from ICAI (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) or equivalent. - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Minimum [X] years of relevant work experience (newly qualified CAs can also apply depending on the role). - Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), Direct and Indirect Taxes, and Companies Act. - Proficient in accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office, especially Excel.
