This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes visual storytelling and can bring characters to life, whether for explainer videos, shorts, or games. What You’ll Do: Illustrate characters for animated shorts and explainer videos Match the visual tone and storytelling of pre-established character designs Paint with anatomy, lighting, depth, and fabric detail in mind Collaborate with our production team and follow feedback closely Deliver high-quality visuals aligned with creative direction and tight timelines Contribute to the visual richness of each animated piece What We’re Looking For: 1–2 years of experience OR freshers with a strong portfolio Proficiency in Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, Illustrator, or Procreate Solid grasp of lighting, anatomy, fabric rendering, and volume Familiarity with 2D animation pipelines is a big plus Strong communication, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset Openness to learn and evolve your craft with our team Bonus Points If You Can: ✅ Match styles (PROVIDED IN APPLICATION FORM) ✅ Translate feedback into stunning visual changes ✅ Think in color, motion, and cinematic flair NOTE: We are only accepting applicants who are: Available full-time for the entire 2-month contract Willing to learn and adapt to production pipelines Capable of visualizing ideas with clarity and style Backed by a strong portfolio Applications without Portfolio/Website links or Works other than Character Illustrations will be filtered out.
