Channel Sales Manager

Job DescriptionAbout the Role:
Jain Constructions is seeking an experienced, result-driven Senior Channel Sales Manager to lead our channel partner vertical across our residential and commercial portfolio in Hyderabad. The role involves leveraging an existing network of top brokers, driving high-volume site visits, and accelerating sales closures through third-party networks. The ideal candidate must come from a reputed real estate developer with a proven track record of market expansion and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:

• Network Leverage & Expansion: Onboard new tier-1 brokers, channel partners (CPs), and freelance agents across Hyderabad.
• Drive Sales Performance: Convert channel partner leads into site visits, project walk-ins, and final sales bookings.
• Partner Engagement: Organize broker meets, project briefings, and pre-launches to keep the partner network highly engaged.
• Deal Closing Support: Assist channel partners during client negotiations with structural inventories, payment plans, and closures.
• Payout Management: Manage commission structures, track broker slabs, and ensure timely payout disbursements.
• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain meticulous records of partner-generated pipelines and walk-in data using CRM tools and Excel.

Requirements:

• Experience: 5–9 years of core experience in Channel Sales / Broker Relations exclusively within reputed Real Estate Development firms.
• Network: Strong, active network of real estate brokers and channel partners across Hyderabad.
• Skills: Elite negotiation, relationship-building, and high-impact presentation skills.
• Tools: High proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Excel for pipeline tracking.

Preferred Industry:

• Leading Real Estate Developers, International Property Consultants (IPCs), or Top Property Advisory Firms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹80,000.00 per month
