Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Connect with prospective clients to identify their property needs and suggest appropriate real estate options.
• Arrange and conduct property site visits, offer on-site guidance, and actively assist the sales team in closing deals.
• Accurately document client communications, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM software or Excel spreadsheets.
• Hold a valid two-wheeler and driving license to facilitate client meetings and project site visits.
• Exhibit strong familiarity with Bangalore’s neighborhoods and current real estate market trends.
• Utilize basic knowledge of real estate operations, project categories, and market dynamics to effectively advise clients.
• Possess a valid two-wheeler and driving license for client visits and project site travel.
