Summary:As a Change Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the development and execution of change initiatives that support a seamless transition to the desired target state. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to identify key metrics that will measure the effectiveness of the transition, while also determining the necessary actions to ensure success. You will engage in discussions to strategize and implement change management processes, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed throughout the transition journey. Your contributions will be essential in fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience within the organization, ultimately leading to a successful transformation.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of change initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to change management processes.

  • Proficiency in Workday US Absence Management.
