Change Practitioner

Job Description: As a Change Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in helping to develop and execute change initiatives to facilitate a successful transition to the target state. Your responsibilities will include developing metrics to measure transition progress and determining appropriate actions based on the findings. You are expected to be a subject matter expert in organizational change management and collaborate with the team to ensure the successful implementation of change initiatives. Your role will involve making team decisions, engaging with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions, and providing solutions to problems across various teams. You will be responsible for developing strategies for effective change management and implementing communication plans to ensure stakeholders are well-informed throughout the process. Additionally, you will analyze the impact of change initiatives on different stakeholders and work towards managing any resistance to change effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Organizational Change Management - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle SCM Transportation Management - Possess a strong understanding of change management principles - Ability to assess organizational readiness for change - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in managing resistance to change Minimum Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Organizational Change Management - Educational Qualification: Any graduate with overall 8 to 10 years of experience in Organization Change Management with Oracle implementation Additional Information: - This position is based at our Nagpur office.,
