Job Description

The Change Implementation Manager position at Wells Fargo involves managing and developing a team of Change Implementation consultants to lead the implementation of Onboarding initiatives in Home Lending Operations. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team. Your responsibilities will include developing, evaluating, and assisting change performance consultants in delivering training programs to enhance the skills of employees in the Home Lending domain. Additionally, you will be tasked with identifying opportunities for initiatives, strategies, and ensuring the sustainability of change within the organization. Making decisions, resolving issues, and adapting change implementation to align with business objectives will be part of your daily tasks. Moreover, as a Change Implementation Manager, you will mentor and guide the talent development of your direct reports. Collaborating with stakeholders across operations teams will be essential to ensure the seamless delivery of onboarding and change-related programs. The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 6 years of Home Lending Operations experience, 4 years of Change Implementation experience, and 2 years of Leadership experience. Experience in Home Lending Originations domain and leading change implementation teams will be considered as desired qualifications.
