Change and Communications Manager.

Qualification Degree in business administration, Information Technology, Pharmaceutical or a related field. Proven experience in change management, project management, people transition preferably for establishing a new site. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change initiatives, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and adoption. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in change management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is a plus. Basic Qualifications: Masters degree / MBA and 5 to 8 years of change and communications management experience OR Bachelors degree and 8 to 10 years of communications management experience Preferred Qualifications: Must Have Skills Minimum 5 years of experience in change management or communication management. Strong knowledge of change management principles like stakeholder management, change impact Expertise in change management tools and templates. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical skills. Good time management and organizational skills. Good to Have Skills Prior experience in managing U.S. to India corporate knowledge and function transfer. Experience in multi-site project models and client communication skills. Prosci, APMG or other change management certifications.
