Chaat Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chaat Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have expertise in preparing a variety of Indian chaats and street food items with authentic taste and hygienic practices. Creativity, speed, and attention to detail are key for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present various chaat items such as Pani Puri, Bhel Puri, Papdi Chaat, Aloo Tikki, Dahi Bhalla, Ragda Pattice, etc.
• Ensure consistent taste, quality, and presentation in all dishes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the workstation.
• Manage ingredient inventory and communicate procurement needs.
• Innovate and develop new chaat recipes or seasonal items as per menu planning.
• Coordinate with other kitchen staff for smooth service during peak hours.
• Maintain portion control and avoid wastage of raw materials.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chaat Chef or Indian street food cook.
• Knowledge of North Indian spices, chutneys, and preparation techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong sense of taste, aroma, and presentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
