Full Time
1. End-to-end project management, execution, and delivery of elevated metro works.
2. Prepare and monitor baseline schedule, target plans, and catch-up schedules.
3. Ensure construction progress as per milestones, DPRs, and contractual timelines.
4. Manage contract clauses, variation orders, claims, EOTs, and change management.
5. Provide technical guidance on launching girder operations, segment erection, pier construction, pile foundations, station structural works, bearings, expansion joints, and metro-specific structures.
6. Ensure strict compliance with QA/QC protocols
7. Liaise with client, local bodies, and external agencies.
8. Track daily/weekly/monthly progress, KPIs, productivity, DPRs, and MIS reports.
9. Identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
Note -
Must have exposure to handling elevated metro projects, having led the last two projects.
