• 
  Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standup, Sprint Review, Retrospective) to ensure the team is adhering to Agile practices and continuously improving.

• Coach and mentor the development team on Scrum principles, agile methodologies, and best practices.

• Manage the backlog, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team is working on the most valuable items.

• Remove impediments and roadblocks that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues to management when necessary.

• Foster a collaborative and transparent work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.

• Continuously monitor the team's velocity and identify areas for improvement, adjusting the process as needed.

• Liaise with stakeholders, product owners, and other cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.

• Provide regular status updates and reports on the team's performance and progress.

• Champion the adoption of agile principles and practices across the organization.

• 
  Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or agile project management role.

• Thorough understanding of Scrum framework, agile methodologies, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Proficient in using Scrum tools and project management software.

• Experience in handling DevOps projects will be an advantage

Must have technical skill

• 
  Agile – ATC Tool chain (Jira, Confluence, X-ray Test management)

• Delivery Management, Risk Management

• Microsoft Projects or any other project management tools

• Effective Communication & Presentation skills

• Analytical Thinking – Ability to assess business problems and propose logical solutions.

• Technical Knowledge – Understanding of coding languages (Java, .net, etc.), databases (MS SQL, PL/SQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), and software development processes.

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation – Expertise in writing clear and concise business requirements.

• Change Management – Experience in guiding organizations through transitions.

• Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders.

• Problem-Solving – Capability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

• Data Interpretation – Proficiency in analyzing and visualizing data.

• Project Management – Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
