Certified Salesforce & CPQ Administrator

As a Certified Salesforce & CPQ Administrator at Labcorp, you will play a crucial role in supporting both the Salesforce, Salesforce RLM, and Conga CPQ applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting the Configure, Price, Quote Application on a daily basis - Acting as a liaison for enhancements and bug fixes - Driving all changes for products within the application - Managing application catalogs and public views - Administering CPQ user access In addition, you will be responsible for the daily operations of the Salesforce.com system, which includes: - Setting up and maintaining role-based access via profiles and permissions - Monitoring feedback within the system and responding to end-user queries - Serving as the first-line contact for end-users and the Global Commercial Operations team - Coordinating Salesforce.com training programs and identifying new training needs - Assisting with the development and documentation of business requirements and system integrations - Designing and managing flows, screens, fields, and reports according to the automation strategy - Facilitating the Salesforce.com Governance Process for Labcorp - Serving as a super user for the Labcorp CRM system and liaising with IT technical resources Qualifications required for this role include: - Salesforce Administrator Certification - Conga CPQ Product Administration Level 1 - 2-5 years of experience as a Salesforce.com system administrator and Conga CPQ administrator - Experience with Salesforce CPQ/RLM - Experience working with a B2B sales organization Preferred qualifications include: - CPQ Product Administration, Level 2 Certification - Salesforce Advanced Administrator Certification Labcorp is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we encourage all individuals to apply.
