Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Certified Lab Technician. The Certified Lab Technician will be responsible for operating laboratory equipment, conducting diagnostic tests, maintaining quality control standards, and handling samples with accuracy. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and preparation of test reports to ensure precise and timely results.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in operating and maintaining laboratory equipment
• Strong background in Quality Control and ensuring accurate testing processes
• Well-developed Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze test results critically
• Comprehensive Laboratory Skills, including sample preparation and testing procedures
• Prior experience and expertise as a Laboratory Technician
• Familiarity with laboratory safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills
• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field
• Relevant certification or licensure for laboratory technicians is preferred
