Job Description

Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
Identify new business opportunities across construction, interiors, JV developments, and turnkey projects.
Expand into commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential markets.
Oversee day-to-day business operations of all verticals: construction, interior design, procurement, project execution, and sales.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
Implement smart technologies and project management systems.
Develop strong networks with architects, real estate agents, corporate clients, and developers.
Lead high-value negotiations, JV partnerships, and government approvals.
Drive B2B and B2C client acquisition through strategic marketing and alliances.
Set and monitor financial goals including revenue, margin, and cash flow.
Approve budgets, monitor financial reports, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Manage investor relations, banking, and funding requirements.
Build a high-performance leadership team across departments.
Promote a culture of transparency, ownership, accountability, and innovation.
Develop incentive systems to retain talent and reward performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,051.79 - ₹90,832.16 per month
