• Define and execute the company’s vision, mission, and long-term strategy.
• Identify new business opportunities across construction, interiors, JV developments, and turnkey projects.
• Expand into commercial, hospitality, and high-end residential markets.
• Oversee day-to-day business operations of all verticals: construction, interior design, procurement, project execution, and sales.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget and quality standards.
• Implement smart technologies and project management systems.
• Develop strong networks with architects, real estate agents, corporate clients, and developers.
• Lead high-value negotiations, JV partnerships, and government approvals.
• Drive B2B and B2C client acquisition through strategic marketing and alliances.
• Set and monitor financial goals including revenue, margin, and cash flow.
• Approve budgets, monitor financial reports, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Manage investor relations, banking, and funding requirements.
• Build a high-performance leadership team across departments.
• Promote a culture of transparency, ownership, accountability, and innovation.
• Develop incentive systems to retain talent and reward performance.
