On behalf of our clients, we are seeking an accomplished CEO – Industrial Automation & Robotics to lead strategic, technical, and operational functions.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced CEO – Industrial Automation & Robotics to lead a cutting-edge technology organization specializing in industrial automation, robotics, and smart manufacturing solutions. The CEO will define business strategy, drive revenue growth, oversee product innovation, expand market presence, and lead multi-location operations.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation technologies, robotics, industrial IoT, and manufacturing operations. The CEO will work closely with promoters, boards, engineering leaders, business development teams, and strategic partners to scale the organization globally and drive innovation-led growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across operations, engineering, product development, and business functions
• Drive business planning, revenue growth, profitability, and full P&L accountability
• Oversee R&D, innovation, product development, and deployment of automation and robotics solutions
• Expand domestic and international market presence and establish strategic partnerships
• Ensure operational excellence, process standardization, and adoption of advanced technologies across projects
• Manage large-scale projects, client delivery, and implementation of industrial automation systems
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technical, sales, and operational teams
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and customer-centricity
• Represent the organization at industry forums, conferences, and with key stakeholders

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technology, or related sectors
• Strong technical expertise in robotics, industrial automation, IoT, or smart manufacturing solutions
• Demonstrated success in scaling technology-driven businesses and managing multi-location operations
• Experience in strategic planning, business development, and international market expansion
• Excellent communication, decision-making, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-location teams including engineering, operations, and sales
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred
