Job Title: Sales Lead (Domestic Voice)

Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in Domestic Calling as a Sales Lead

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Lead (Voice) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in domestic calling, sales process management, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for guiding, training, and managing a sales team while ensuring targets are achieved consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment: Hire and onboard sales executives for the calling team.
• Team Management: Monitor performance, set targets, and provide guidance.
• Dialer Management: Oversee dialer operations and ensure smooth call processes.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and team performance.
• Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to improve team efficiency and conversions.
• Sales Process Optimization: Ensure the team follows structured sales processes to achieve higher conversions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in domestic calling as a Sales Lead.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes and sales team management.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets through voice calling.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to analyze reports and optimize performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
