Management Responsibilities:

• Operations Oversight: Oversee the daily operations of the institute, ensuring smooth workflows, high standards of hygiene and safety, and compliance with all regulations.
• Staff Management: Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and supervise staff and faculty, creating work schedules and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Financial Management: Manage budgets, track expenses and revenues, handle financial transactions, and implement strategies to meet sales and profitability targets.
• Inventory Control: Monitor product usage, manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and negotiate with vendors to control costs.
• Marketing and Promotions: Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional events to attract new clients/students and retain existing ones, using platforms like social medi
