Centre Manager Female

The responsibilities for this position include managing revenue and business for the center, handling budgets, logistics, events, and meetings, overseeing scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, developing and implementing educational programs, hiring, training, and advising staff, counseling students as needed, resolving conflicts, communicating with parents, regulatory bodies, and the public, contributing to the creation of the school curriculum, implementing actions to improve the quality of education (such as building renovations, new guidelines for students, new subjects), and helping to shape and uphold the vision of the school. To be considered for this role, candidates must have prior experience in education sales/marketing, proven experience as a School Administrator, with experience as an educator being a plus. They should possess knowledge of administrative processes in education centers or businesses, be proficient in using computers (e.g., MS Office) and education management systems, have excellent communication skills, outstanding organizational ability, attention to detail, and be able to work full-time on a permanent basis.
