Centre Manager (Female) Education

Key responsibilities

• Strategic planning: Develop and implement long-term plans to improve the learning environment and set the centre's strategic direction.
• Staff management: Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff. This includes managing performance, setting objectives, and creating development plans.
• Operations management: Oversee day-to-day operations, manage budgets, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle escalated issues.
• Program and curriculum development: Lead the development and improvement of centre programs and curriculum.
• Stakeholder relations: Act as the main point of contact for students, parents, and external organizations. This involves managing inquiries, feedback, and public relations.
• Enrollment and student life cycle: Manage student enrollment and monitor the student lifecycle to ensure quality outcomes.
• Financial management: Prepare and manage the annual budget, controlling expenses and ensuring the centre operates within budgetary controls.
• Performance tracking: Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track the centre's success and efficiency.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
